Learners get access to the online libraries, digital content, reports, and other data related to their course. At ELS, we offer end-to-end content creation, designing and delivery services. With inputs from clients, our team performs content analysis to ensure transparent content sharing and development for both ILT development and software simulation.
Instructor Led Training Development
The ILT development approach consists of content analysis and development in three parts. The first part consists of the Student Guide. This guide is provided to students and includes detailed notes as per their specification. The Trainer Guide is a key document for trainers. It includes information regarding training facilitation. Lastly, Class PPT are used in the classroom during training facilitation and includes infographics for easy learning & training process.
Software simulation includes content analysis to ensure consistency in the content provided to the learners and trainers. This process begins with developing a storyboard which is a blueprint of the simulation and is structured as a combination of the concept introduction and show-me simulation of the system. After that the multimedia for concept explanation and simulation is developed using authoring tools like Adobe Captivate, Camtasia or Articulate Storyline. Finally, the assessment content is developed to cover the understanding of the concepts learnt.
